We want you to love your rhode routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original rhode box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
